Ivy Estate aims to set the benchmark in urban residential layouts in India, with spacious and elegant layout design, and maximum area for greenery and common facilities.
Ivy Estates will be a series of urban real estate projects in India, with focus on high quality of living, green development, at carefully selected locations with great potential for appreciation.
In the recent haphazard urban growth, the old charm of Colonial styled layouts has been vanishing without due care for lifestyle facilities. This diminishes the long term property appreciation and the lifestyle rating of the properties goes down with time and population. We aim to bring back the charm to layouts. Each step in our planning is a reflection of the pursuit of our goal. The envisioned clientele for Ivy Estate are upper-middle and higher income families, who value an 'Ivy' class lifestyle, ambience and facilities, proximity to the airport, large malls and hospitals, and place a premium on green urban development with large spacious plots on which villa/duplex houses can be built.
With 49% of total land area dedicated for common facilities and green spaces, and only 51% of the land area used for plots, and with renewable energy from solar panels and water harvesting, this layout will set a benchmark for aesthetics and spacious living. Proximity to airports, malls, hospitals, colleges, train stations will ensure continuous appreciation in the land prices over the next 20 years. Yet due to our focus on value, it will be easy on the budgets as we forge a long term relationship with each plot owner. Our focus on quality is also reflected in our commitment to provide the maintenance for next 7 years, till such time the Owners' society takes over its properties and rights.
We will aim to leverage our network and experience in creating outstanding residential projects. Our top management and stakeholders are alumni of top institutes like IIT/IIMs. Having handled more than 1500 acres, our land experience and project execution is best in class in this region.
